Nascentia Health is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide skilled, one-on-one home-based therapy to adults in Onondaga, Cayuga, and Jefferson counties. The role offers a $12,500 sign-on bonus, a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, and a comprehensive benefits package.
