Licensed Speech Therapist - Home-Based Rehab & Travel

We are looking for a licensed, experienced Speech Therapist to provide outpatient rehabilitation services in a home setting for the older adult population. This role offers flexibility, a supportive team, and the potential for travel while working with patients in their private homes or independent living facilities.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver speech therapy programs for rehabilitation.
• Assess patient needs and refer to other disciplines as necessary.
• Create individualized therapy plans to enhance patient performance.
• Educate and train patients and caregivers to foster independence.
• Promote health and wellness through various therapeutic activities.

Qualifications:

• Valid Speech Therapy license (or eligibility) in the state(s) of practice.
• Master’s degree in Speech Therapy (or related field) and a Bachelor’s degree in Speech Therapy.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to meet physical demands, such as lifting 50 lbs and extended periods of walking/standing.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Compliance with HIPAA, Federal False Claims Act, and legal regulations.
• Credentialing and licensing verification required prior to interview.
