Center Well Home Health is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant to deliver home-based therapy under the supervision of a licensed OT. You will help patients regain strength, mobility and independence, design adaptive equipment, and collaborate with the care team to plan discharges and home programs.
Requirements include OTA licensure, CPR, and a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation. Preferred experience in home health and a valid vehicle insurance policy.
