Intensive Home-Based Therapist; LPC, LPCC, LSW, LISW

We are assisting a service provider in Lucas County, OH with their search for a Intensive Home-Based Therapist who will provide intensive home-based treatment to youth and their families.

The ideal candidate will have a strong desire and ability to work with youth and families in non-traditional therapeutic settings, including clients' homes and community environments. The clinician will work collaboratively with families and other members of the youth's support system to identify challenges, develop effective interventions, and promote positive outcomes. Because services are designed around the needs and schedules of the families served, this position requires flexibility and availability outside of traditional business hours, including some evenings and weekends.

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy
• Current Ohio licensure as an LSW, LCSW, LPC or LPCC.
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable personal vehicle available for work-related travel
• Strong communication, assessment, clinical, and family-engagement skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with families and community partners
