This role is designed for an individual deeply committed to natural healing and well-being, focusing on the therapeutic use of essential oils and complementary therapies to support client health. You will be responsible for developing personalized treatment plans, administering specialized aromatherapy sessions, and educating clients on integrating natural remedies into their lifestyle.

• Conduct in-depth client assessments to understand their health goals and concerns.
• Develop personalized aromatherapy protocols using a wide range of essential oils and carrier substances.
• Administer aromatherapy treatments, including inhalation, topical application, and diffusion techniques.
• Educate clients on the safe and effective use of essential oils for various health conditions.
• Recommend complementary holistic therapies and lifestyle adjustments to support overall well-being.
• Maintain detailed and confidential client records, tracking progress and treatment outcomes.
• Research and stay current with the latest advancements in clinical aromatherapy and holistic health.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care when necessary.
• Develop educational content (e.g., workshops, articles) on aromatherapy and holistic practices.

• Professional certification in Clinical Aromatherapy from a recognized and accredited institution.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a practicing Clinical Aromatherapist or Holistic Health Practitioner.
• Comprehensive knowledge of essential oil properties, contraindications, and therapeutic applications.
• Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and common health conditions.
• Excellent client assessment and communication skills, with empathy and a non-judgmental approach.
• Ability to develop clear, actionable treatment plans.
• Experience in creating educational materials is a plus.
• Self-motivated and able to manage time effectively in a remote work setting.
• Must have a dedicated home office space equipped for remote consultations and treatment planning.
