The ideal candidate will have graduated from an accredited Occupational Therapy program and hold a current Texas Occupational Therapist license. Candidates currently pursuing a degree in an accredited Occupational Therapy program are also encouraged to apply.

• Master's or Doctorate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• License from the State of Texas as an Occupational Therapist
• Valid Texas Driver’s License
• Experience in the home care setting is preferred but not required.
• Pediatric experience is a plus but not required.

• Perform evaluations, re-evaluations, and establish individualized plans of care.
• Provide a wide range of occupational therapy interventions focusing on fine motor skills, sensory processing, self-care/activities of daily living (ADLs), and visual-motor integration, while consulting with other staff and the child's caregivers.
• Complete documentation to support the delivery of Occupational Therapy services.
• Measure performance and report on patient’s medical record.
• Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) as appropriate.
• Adhere to ethical and legal standards.
• Ensure continued competence and updated field knowledge.
