Position: Director of Clinical Informatics Remote Role
Lead the Symbio Provincial Clinical Information Solution Program with the New Brunswick Department of Health. This remote position emphasizes clinical informatics, EHR integration, and workflow standardization with monthly travel to New Brunswick.

The Government of New Brunswick seeks a seasoned Director of Clinical Informatics to spearhead enterprise-wide EHR/CIS implementation. You will partner with clinical leaders to establish governance structures, enhance informatics capabilities, and oversee standardized clinical workflows across various hospitals. This leadership role prioritizes patient safety and drive effective clinician adoption across multi-site healthcare environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish clinical informatics operating model and workplan

• Implement provincial clinical workflow standards

• Engage with physician and clinician stakeholders

• Lead clinical governance committees and working groups

• Oversee EHR/CIS build processes and requirements traceability

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years in clinical informatics and EHR/CIS

• 5 years of senior leadership in multi-site healthcare

• Bachelor’s in Nursing, Health Informatics or related field

• Experience in project management and clinical workflow design

• Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop teams
