The Holistic Counseling & Wellness Center is seeking a dedicated and licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team on a full-time basis. This pivotal role is designed for a compassionate professional looking to make a significant impact on the lives of individuals and families. In this position, you will provide therapeutic support while maintaining a flexible work schedule, making a difference in our community from a remote setting.

This remote position allows you to work from the comfort of your home while still engaging meaningfully with clients in a school setting. With flexible scheduling options, including potential 4x10 or 5x8 shifts between 8 AM and 7 PM Monday through Friday, you can manage your time effectively while ensuring excellent care delivery.

• Conduct thorough interviews with clients to gather essential background information, which may include social, personal, health, and environmental factors.
• Provide psychotherapy and counseling tailored to the needs of individuals, groups, couples, or families, ensuring a focused approach on specific issues.
• Develop and implement treatment plans, evaluating client needs and preferences to deliver effective therapeutic interventions.
• Coordinate and plan comprehensive programs and activities that meet the social and emotional needs of clients.
• Facilitate crisis resolution and case management through referrals to community resources, ensuring a supportive network for clients facing immediate challenges.
• Maintain accurate client records, including treatment goals, progress notes, and outcomes, in compliance with established protocols.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of counseling services and treatments, making adjustments as necessary to optimize care.

You will engage with a diverse client population, primarily focusing on students and families who may be experiencing behavioral health issues including depression, anxiety, grief, alcoholism, and familial challenges. Your role is vital in creating a safe space for clients to express their feelings and work through their challenges, utilizing therapeutic methods that foster healing and resilience.

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• You must hold an active license as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Virginia.

• A minimum of four years of experience in clinical social work or a related field is preferred.
• Previous counseling experience related to the treatment of various mental health conditions such as mood disorders, addiction, and relationship challenges is highly desirable.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $85,000 to $104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
