Compassionate Clinical Social Worker – Remote at Renew Health

Renew Health Behavioral and Mental Health Services is seeking a dedicated Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) to join our committed team in a fully remote capacity. In this full-time position, you will play a vital role in providing compassionate support and therapeutic interventions to individuals facing mental health challenges.

As part of our team, you will work in a remote setting specifically designed to ensure productivity while promoting work-life balance. Our hospice-centered focus allows you to deliver critical services to clients with varying needs, bringing comfort and clinical expertise directly to them. You will be equipped with the latest telehealth technologies to facilitate meaningful interactions with clients, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care without the constraints of a traditional office environment.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine client needs and develop personalized treatment plans that address individual mental health challenges.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to facilitate positive client outcomes and promote resilience.
• Maintain accurate, confidential records according to state regulations and best practices to uphold the integrity of client information.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, contributing your insights and expertise to improve care strategies and achieve cohesive treatment approaches.
• Regularly engage in professional development opportunities to stay informed of the latest research and trends in social work and mental health.

Your work will largely focus on clients facing emotional and psychological challenges related to trauma, anxiety disorders, and depression. You will utilize a client-centered approach tailored to meet the diverse needs of individuals across various demographics, ensuring that all clients feel valued and understood in their therapeutic endeavors.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Active LICSW (Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker) license in the state of Washington.
• Demonstrated excellence in communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a team-centric environment and contribute positively to group dynamics.

While not mandatory, experience in telehealth platforms and integrated behavioral health services is highly desired. Familiarity with trauma-informed care practices will also enhance your effectiveness in this role.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
