Randstad Canada seeks two Senior Clinical Business Analysts for a landmark provincial digital transformation in oncology. In this role, you’ll partner with healthcare professionals to design standardized clinical practices and digital workflows, ensuring seamless integration with Clinical Information Systems (CIS). Your insights will directly impact oncology care across the province.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead design and validation of oncology clinical content
• Facilitate collaborative design sessions with clinical team members
• Conduct workflow assessments in oncology clinical care
• Execute scenario-based testing within the CIS
• Mentor provincial health authority staff for long-term support
Requirements:
• Degree in Healthcare, Business, or IT
• Experience as Clinical Business or Informatics Analyst in oncology
• Background in large acute care Health Information Systems
• Proven involvement in EHR/CIS projects
• Professional bilingual communication in French and English
Utilize your CPOE, clinical documentation, and mentoring skills to enhance patient safety and system efficiency in oncology.
