We are seeking an experienced Clinical Business Analyst to support oncology workflow standardization and clinical documentation improvement. You will collaborate closely with healthcare professionals and IT teams to translate clinical needs into actionable solutions. This position emphasizes your expertise in healthcare information systems, ensuring consistency and efficiency in clinical operations while facilitating stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Gather and validate oncology-related business requirements
• Facilitate collaborative workshops with healthcare stakeholders
• Analyze workflows and identify improvement opportunities
• Design and develop standardized clinical processes
• Test and validate clinical content within healthcare systems
Requirements:
• University degree in Healthcare, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 5 years as a Clinical Business Analyst in oncology
• Experience with large-scale EHR or CIS platforms
• Strong knowledge of oncology workflows and documentation
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Atlassian JIRA
