Solace Space Counseling Center is excited to announce an opening for a Full-time Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our dedicated team. This role is crucial in providing comprehensive telehealth counseling services to diverse populations in Colorado. Located in the heart of New Castle, Colorado, Solace Space Counseling Center is a leading outpatient mental health clinic committed to delivering high-quality therapeutic services through advanced telehealth platforms. This position is fully remote, allowing counselors the flexibility to work from home while maintaining a strong connection with clients through our secure telehealth system. • Conduct thorough initial assessments that provide insight into clients' needs, followed by the creation of personalized treatment plans.
• Deliver telehealth counseling sessions, offering strategies and interventions for mental health issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship dynamics.
• Maintain a collaborative relationship with clients by utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to their unique experiences and goals.
• Ensure meticulous documentation by maintaining accurate, up-to-date client records that comply with HIPAA regulations.
• Engage in continuous learning by staying current with developments in mental health practices and techniques.
• Participate actively in clinic meetings, offering insights and contributing to team-based learning.

The LPC will serve a diverse clientele, addressing a wide array of mental health challenges faced by individuals, couples, and families. This includes providing culturally sensitive care that recognizes and respects the unique backgrounds and experiences of each client. Our focus is on empowering clients to develop resilience and employ positive coping strategies, ultimately leading to improved mental health outcomes.

• A Master's degree in Counseling or a related field, demonstrating a solid foundation in psychological principles and therapeutic practices.
• Active licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor in good standing with relevant state licensing boards.
• A minimum of two years’ experience providing counseling services within an outpatient setting, showcasing successful treatment of a diverse client base.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, essential for building rapport and trust with clients in a virtual setting.
• Ability to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care.

• Experience with telehealth technology and familiarity with platforms that enhance virtual client interaction.
• Background in specific therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, or EMDR that could benefit client treatment strategies.
• A record of participation in ongoing training or workshops focusing on new methodologies in mental health counseling.

The annual salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $90,000, determined by experience and qualifications. We also provide:
