This position is fully remote, allowing therapists the freedom to conduct sessions from a space that best suits their working style. Our outpatient office model means you will be primarily engaging with clients online, utilizing secure and user-friendly platforms to facilitate therapy sessions. The virtual environment fosters a supportive community among therapists, encouraging collaboration, peer support, and shared resources.

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status and develop customized treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions via secure virtual platforms, adapting approaches to meet varying client preferences and challenges.
• Set realistic therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients, offering ongoing support and guidance to promote progress and wellbeing throughout the course of treatment.
• Utilize a range of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques, to address client-specific concerns.
• Maintain comprehensive and timely documentation of therapy sessions, ensuring accurate records of client progress and treatment plans to comply with organizational policies and state regulations.

You will be working with a diverse clientele, including individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and more. Our services aim to reach a variety of demographics, including adolescents, adults, and families, ensuring that all clients receive high-quality care tailored to their unique challenges and circumstances.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling the establishment of trusted therapeutic relationships with clients across virtual settings.
• An empathetic and compassionate approach, demonstrating an understanding of the complexities of clients’ mental health experiences.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a remote work environment.

• Preferable experience using telehealth platforms and digital tools for therapy.
• Experience with various therapeutic modalities and the ability to tailor interventions based on client needs.
• Proven track record in building rapport and fostering a trusting therapeutic environment in remote settings.
