LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent

Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy

Experience working with older adults, seniors, or geriatric populations preferred.

Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records
