• Guide clients through structured CBT programs tailored to their individual needs, with a focus on promoting positive behavioral change.
• Utilize a user-friendly electronic medical record (EMR) system to document therapy sessions, ensuring accurate and efficient record-keeping.
• Participate in regular team-based learning opportunities and peer consultation groups to enhance therapeutic skills and share insights with colleagues.
• Collaborate with our team to develop and refine therapeutic tools and approaches, driving continuous improvement in client care.

You will primarily work with a diverse adult population, addressing various mental health issues through structured programs and individualized care. Your expertise in CBT will allow you to tackle challenges faced by clients, from anxiety and depression to complex trauma, ultimately supporting them on their journey to improved mental health.

• An active license to practice as a mental health counselor in Florida (LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW) is required.
• A minimum of two years of experience providing mental health counseling, with at least one year holding full licensure.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field; a clinical Master’s Degree or Doctorate is preferred.
• Proficient in delivering CBT in a variety of therapeutic settings, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to meet client needs.

• Experience in teletherapy or providing mental health services in a remote capacity is advantageous.
• Familiarity with EMR systems and telehealth platforms that enhance client engagement and session documentation.
• A proven track record of effective collaboration in a team-based environment.
