Georgian Speaking Psychologist; PhD) AI Model Training

Apply advanced psychological expertise and bilingual Georgian and English communication skills to help improve the quality, accuracy, and cultural relevance of next-generation AI systems. This remote contract role centers on reviewing psychological material, developing realistic scenarios, evaluating model-generated content, and contributing professional judgment grounded in clinical and academic experience.

• Analyze psychological case studies, assessments, and supporting documentation, providing detailed feedback and professional insights.
• Develop culturally sensitive psychological scenarios and materials in Georgian and English for model training and data enrichment.
• Evaluate AI-generated psychological content for accuracy, ethical considerations, and consistency with psychological best practices.
• Apply analytical evaluation and ethical decision-making when reviewing complex psychological material.
• Use bilingual communication skills to interpret, refine, and assess psychological content across Georgian and English while preserving meaning across linguistic and cultural contexts.
• Develop and evaluate case studies and psychological assessments.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to contribute psychological perspectives and support solutions for diverse user needs.
• Document evaluation methods, findings, and conclusions clearly and systematically to support transparency and reproducibility.

• PhD in Psychology.
• Demonstrated experience in both clinical and academic settings.
• Native or near-native fluency in Georgian and English.
• Ability to work with complex psychological terminology in both Georgian and English.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Demonstrated ethical decision-making.
• Experience developing or evaluating psychological case studies and assessments.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to convey nuanced psychological concepts between Georgian and English.
• Demonstrated cultural sensitivity and adaptability in multicultural environments.
• Familiarity with digital tools used for remote collaboration and documentation.
• No prior AI experience is required.

Remote contract engagement. Work is performed as an independent contractor.

• Pay ranges from $100 to $200 per hour.
