The role is primarily remote, allowing you the flexibility to conduct therapy sessions in a comfortable setting of your choosing. • Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health, establishing a comprehensive understanding of their emotional states and needs.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities to address each client's unique circumstances.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, employing various therapeutic techniques to support clients in achieving their goals.
• Continuously monitor clients’ progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to reflect changes in their mental health status or personal goals.
• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support for clients experiencing acute distress or emergencies.
• Maintain meticulous, confidential client records in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring compliance with all relevant guidelines.
• Engage collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to share insights and develop comprehensive care strategies for clients.
• Stay informed about the latest advancements in mental health treatment, integrating new knowledge into your practice.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
