• Conduct thorough assessments and mental health evaluations to identify client needs and formulate individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver high-quality therapy services using evidence-based modalities, ensuring each session is tailored to the client’s specific circumstances and therapeutic goals.
• Facilitate open communication with clients to establish mutually agreed-upon therapeutic objectives while providing consistent support throughout their treatment journey.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and other approaches to engage clients effectively.
• Maintain precise and timely documentation of therapy sessions, treatment progress, and modifications to plans in accordance with organizational policies and compliance standards.

You will work with a diverse range of clients who may experience conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your focus will be on providing individualized care through tailored therapeutic interventions that respect each client’s unique context and personal story. • A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Proven communication and interpersonal skills crucial for establishing rapport with clients in a virtual setting.
• Strong empathy and a non-judgmental approach, allowing for an understanding and supportive therapeutic relationship.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage case documentation efficiently while adhering to deadlines.
