Regional Business Development Officer Hybrid Remote

t is seeking an experienced Regional Business Development Officer to build and activate healthcare partnerships from West Palm Beach through Vero Beach and Sebastian, FL. This hybrid position is perfect for a high-energy, aggressive applicant ready to drive growth!

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Build & maintain a prioritized, multi-channel territory plan & disciplined pipeline with decision
  -makers, next steps, barriers & realistic opportunity values.
• Meet with clinical & business leaders, assess patient population, payer mix, staffing, technology, workflow, readiness, and identity best program and operating model.
• Present the clinical, operational, & financial case.
• Coordinate proposals & follow-up; and lead qualified opportunities through contracting.
• Coordinate with Healthy Connect leadership to support and document commitments.
• Design & activate patient indentification, point-of-care & supplemental enrollment, consent, training, reporting, billing, & escalation workflows.
• Remain involved through launch and early performance to expand productive partner relationships.
• Convert relationships into operating programs.
• Organize field travel geographically

• Healthcare business development, provider relations, pharmaceutical, payer, practice, post-acute or healthcare services experience with relevant regional contracts strongly valued.
• Working knowledge of Medicare, reimbursement, patient enrollment, care management, value-based care, remote monitoring, medical billing, or clinical workflow experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to move opportunties through contracting and implementation
