Alliance Health is seeking a Provider Network Evaluator I-HCBS to join the HCBS team. This remote role requires weekly on-site reviews and occasional travel to Alliance Health offices in Mecklenburg County as needed.
The role focuses on validating and approving HCBS sites, reviewing documentation, and ensuring compliance with CMS guidelines. Qualified candidates have a Bachelor’s in Human Services, knowledge of I/DD/TBI services, and NCIT certification (within 6 months).
