Job Responsibilities

• SuperviseRBTsviatelehealthorin-personbasedonBACBandinsurancestandards

• Conductinitialassessments,reassessments,andwriteprogressreports

• Develop,monitor,andupdateindividualizedtreatmentandbehaviorinterventionplans

• ProvidecaregivertrainingandsupportusingABAprinciples

• Perform Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and Functional
  
  Analyses(FA) whenclinicallyappropriate

• Reviewandanalyzedata,monitor progress,andadjustprogrammingasneeded

Qualifications

• ActiveBCBACertification(BACB)

• MustmaintainCEUsandcredentialsingoodstanding

• ClinicalexperienceworkingwithchildrenandfamiliesinABAsetting

• Strongverbalandwrittencommunicationskills

• FamiliaritywithdataanalysisandABAsoftware

• Knowledge of Dr.Greg Hanley'smethodsandaholisticABAapproachisaplus
