Deeper Strength Counseling Services is actively seeking a dedicated and licensed mental health therapist, specifically an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW, to join our vibrant team. This role allows you the flexibility of working remotely, utilizing telehealth methodologies to connect with clients. Deeper Strength emphasizes a collaborative and inclusive work culture, where team members are encouraged to share insights and experiences. You will have the chance to engage in meaningful discussions during team meetings and case conferences, ensuring that our collective knowledge enhances client outcomes. While the set work schedule is Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, some flexibility may be required to accommodate the unique needs of our clients.

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments through culturally sensitive approaches, gathering information to tailor treatment plans that address individual patient backgrounds and experiences.
• Implement evidence-based therapies, adapting interventions to meet the unique cultural needs of each client and ensuring a personalized therapeutic experience.
• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions focused on diverse mental health concerns while promoting resilience among clients and fostering supportive discussions.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure coordinated and holistic care for all clients.
• Provide timely crisis intervention and effective support during mental health emergencies, ensuring that clients are stabilized and informed about next steps.
• Guide clients and families in understanding mental health disorders, treatment options, and available community resources to empower them in their wellness journey.
• Maintain up-to-date and confidential documentation compliant with legal and ethical standards while managing client records through electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Engage in ongoing training and professional development opportunities, including cultural competency discussions to enhance your skills and service delivery.

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.
• A current and valid license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Tennessee is essential.
• A profound understanding of mental health disorders, treatment modalities, and cultural competence in therapy is necessary to effectively address diverse client needs.
• Capacity for delivering both individual and group therapy with a culturally responsive approach that acknowledges and respects client diversity.
• Strong skills in crisis management and intervention, with the ability to maintain professionalism and composure in high-pressure situations.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills with a proven track record of establishing rapport with clients from various backgrounds.
• Proficiency in using EHR systems and other relevant technology to manage client information efficiently.
