Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist; LMFT

Location: MN
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000-$120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM

You’ll work with individuals, couples, and families who are dealing with relationship concerns, family stress, communication problems, or major changes e clients may need help working through conflict, while others may be trying to adjust to a new stage of life or improve the way they relate to the people around them.

• Meet with individuals, couples, and families through video sessions
• Complete initial evaluations and gather relevant background information
• Help clients identify the issues they want to work through in therapy
• Guide conversations around relationships, family concerns, and life changes
• Keep session notes and clinical records current
• Take part in case discussions and team meetings when needed
• Refer clients to additional services when appropriate
• Follow Minnesota LMFT licensing and professional requirements

• Active Minnesota license as LICSW, LPCC, or LMFT
• Master’s degree in a mental health-related field
• Previous outpatient or telehealth experience preferred
• Ability to manage a consistent schedule from a home office
