Hennepin Healthcare is seeking a CDI Specialist to review PSI/HAC accounts and support documentation improvement across departments. The role requires strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM/PCS, CDI processes, and collaboration with physicians and quality teams.
Responsibilities include conducting daily reviews, validating codes, maintaining specifications, and reporting outcomes to CDI leadership. Experience with Epic and 3M Encoder is preferred.
