- Review and process prior authorization requests for medications
- Apply clinical judgment and pharmaceutical knowledge to determine coverage based on clinical guidelines and plan criteria
- Communicate with prescribers and healthcare providers as needed
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and client-specific protocols
- Maintain accurate documentation of determinations and communications
- Job 1:
Monday
- Friday, 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM local time or Sunday
- Thursday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
- Monday
- Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM CT
- Active, unrestricted Pharmacist license in any U.S. state (multi-state preferred)
- Minimum 1 year of prior authorization, managed care, or clinical experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and clinical acumen
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
- Reliable high-speed internet (must include speed test from on resume)
Full-time, 40 hours/week
Safety-sensitive role
Must be able to commit to the training schedule in full, no time off allowed!
Pay: $53.00 per hour
