Remote Licensed Therapist – Behavioral Health Specialist

As a member of our team, you will work entirely remotely, allowing for flexibility while maintaining a professional setting from the comfort of your home. Our outpatient model accommodates a structured schedule devoid of on-call, evening, or weekend hours. Regular remote peer consultation meetings provide a space for collaborative learning and sharing of best practices, fostering a supportive virtual environment.

• Guide clients through structured CBT programs tailored to their individual needs, facilitating positive behavioral change and improved mental health outcomes.
• Utilize our user-friendly electronic medical record (EMR) system for efficient and accurate documentation, ensuring optimal client data management.
• Actively participate in team-based learning initiatives, including peer reviews and consultation groups, to enhance your therapeutic skills and knowledge.
• Maintain a balanced work-life equilibrium by adhering to consistent daytime working hours, promoting your own wellness while serving clients.

You will have the privilege of working with diverse adult clients facing various mental health challenges. Your role is pivotal in helping them navigate conditions such as anxiety, depression, and stress-related issues through the implementation of well-defined and evidence-based treatment plans.

• An active Florida license in mental health counseling (LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW) is required.
• A Clinical Master's degree or Doctoral degree in a relevant field is necessary for the role.
• Minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience in providing therapy.

• Experience in delivering CBT in various settings, showcasing familiarity with different patient demographics and needs.
