Role DescriptionThis remote job description will include:
- Review and analysis of home health orders/referrals:
- Obtain MD order clarification, if needed.
- Ensure all F2F requirements are met.
- Establish and document PROPOSED interventions and frequencies.
- Review OASIS, generate POC and interim orders.
- Periodic chart view and case management support.
- Be available to provide support to field nurses and agency employees.
Must have current or prior RN or Medical Doctor experience AND be able to perform EVERYTHING listed in the
“
Role Description ”
without any training or supervision
, other than agency specific software and protocols.
Good computer skills.
