Compassionate Mental Health Counselor - Remote at Renewed Mental Health

Renewed Life Mental Health Center is actively seeking a dedicated and empathetic Mental Health Counselor to join our dynamic team. In this full-time remote position, you will play an essential role in providing therapy and support to individuals facing various mental health challenges. This role offers a flexible remote work setting, which allows you to effectively manage your schedule while maintaining work-life balance. Our operations run Monday through Saturday, offering ample opportunity to engage with clients at times that best suit their needs. As a part of our team, you will benefit from in-house credentialing and support managing your insurance participation and client scheduling, ensuring that you can focus on delivering quality care.

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, families, and groups to identify mental health needs and establish an effective treatment plan.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), tailored to each client's unique situation.
• Participate in interdisciplinary collaboration through regular documentation and meetings, discussing treatment updates, assessments, and adjustments to care plans.
• Manage ongoing case consultations, liaising with community professionals and programs to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
• Document client progress and therapy results in compliance with department standards, ensuring ethical and timely completion.

Our clinicians work with a diverse range of ages and backgrounds, allowing for a rich and rewarding therapeutic experience. As such, you will need to adapt your therapeutic techniques to meet distinct needs, fostering an inclusive and supportive space.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience providing mental health services.
• Availability to work between 10 to 40 hours (sessions) per week, providing flexibility in client engagement.

• Experience utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based treatment modalities.
• Familiarity with integrated care models, where mental health services are offered alongside physical health care, is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
