• Design and implement personalized interventions and management plans that cater to the unique needs of each patient.
• Conduct thorough assessments and develop actionable treatment plans with clear therapeutic goals.
• Provide psychotherapy utilizing a range of evidence-based approaches, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based interventions, and solution-focused therapy, primarily via telehealth platforms.
• Create a supportive and non-judgmental therapeutic environment that encourages open dialogue and fosters a positive therapeutic alliance.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate clinical records, including initial evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries, ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulations.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Elite Medical Health & Wellness, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and various personality disorders. You will be instrumental in facilitating their mental health journey, offering both short-term crisis intervention and long-term therapeutic support. By tailoring your approach to suit each client’s cultural and personal background, you'll contribute to their overall well-being and resilience.

• Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related discipline is required.
• A valid Social Work License (LMHC, LMFT, or LICSW) as per state regulations.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in mental health counseling or therapy settings.
• Strong ability to navigate a fast-paced work environment while effectively managing interruptions.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to establish rapport and trust with clients.
