You're mission-aligned. You find real meaning in working with patients through grief, life transitions, and late-life challenges. You know this population. Whether you're later in your own career or have built your practice around older adults, this is work you've chosen. You want a team. Not a solo clinician handed a login and wished luck. You value autonomy with support. You run your own clinical practice and want infrastructure behind it, not oversight on top of it.
