This role will be primarily remote, providing you with the flexibility to create a personalized workspace that suits your needs and enhances your productivity. Despite the remote setting, our team remains closely connected through regular virtual meetings and collaborative sessions, ensuring a supportive work environment. • Provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy tailored to clients' psychological and emotional needs across different age groups.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments that evaluate clients' unique strengths, challenges, and treatment goals, ensuring a personalized therapeutic approach.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans, utilizing evidence-based methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to effectively address client concerns.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, progress notes, and treatment interventions, adhering to HIPAA guidelines.
• Engage in ongoing collaboration with healthcare professionals and community partners, facilitating integrated care and support for clients' diverse needs.

As a Mental Health Therapist at Allegiance Behavioral Health, you will work with a diverse client population, ranging from children and adolescents to adults and families. Clients may present with various mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related issues, and relationship challenges. Your role will be instrumental in helping clients navigate their experiences and develop healthier coping strategies.

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field.
• Active licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Oregon.
• A minimum of two years of experience in mental health or clinical settings, showcasing your expertise in therapeutic practices.
• Proficient in evaluating client needs and making insightful recommendations for individualized treatment plans.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with a genuine capacity for empathy and understanding.

• Experience with evidence-based therapeutic modalities, particularly CBT and DBT, is highly valued.
• Familiarity with telehealth practices and digital therapy tools, which can enrich the client experience.
• Experience in working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $105,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and the complexity of your caseload. Additional benefits include:
