• Opportunities to serve infants and toddlers with developmental delays and their families in both their home and community based settings

• Conduct developmental assessments provide physical therapy services utilizing the Parent Coaching Model Rush & Sheldon
• Follow each child's Individualized Family Service Plan IFSP and work with the family to develop strategies to help each child reach their specific developmental goals
• Utilize the family centered parent coaching approach to build caregivers confidence and skills and to ensure that progress is generalized
• Provide services in the child's natural environment in families homes daycare centers andor other community settings
• Provide re assessments and write progress reports typically bi annual
• Maintain confidentiality of information regarding children and families in accordance with HIPAA andor State Federal regulations

• California Physical Therapy DPT license
• Pediatric experience required
• Early Intervention experience preferred
• Home based service delivery experience preferred
• Strong clinical & interpersonal skills
• Excellent written & oral communication skills
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus
