Harmony Cares is seeking a Value-based Advance Practice Provider (NP/PA) to manage high-risk geriatric patients in home health across Michigan. Mon–Fri, no weekends or evenings, start around 8:00 AM, finish by 4:30–5:00 PM.
Use Athena EMR plus Marvix AI Scribe to complete charting during the workday. In our physician-led, team-based model, you will deliver home-based primary care with competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package in select markets.
