Training

Shift: Monday
- Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM CT (4 weeks) Regular

Shift: Monday
- Friday 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM (Local Time Zone) Remote position This position is a full-time, temporary-to-permanent employment type.

• PRIOR AUTHORIZATION DECISION-MAKING Review and complete prior authorization requests based on criteria outlined in policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in prior authorization.
• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail while processing each authorization request.

• Active Pharmacist License in the state of residence
• Previous pharmacy experience in PBM (Pharmacy Benefit Management) or Prior Authorization ADJUDICATION preferred.
• Smartphone required for log in verification
• Must have a high-speed internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps download, 3 Mbps upload).
• Speed test screenshot required via
• Private work area required to ensure secure handling of confidential information.
