Senior Health Services offers a fully remote, paid summer internship for second-year pharmacy students to assist with quality improvement metrics for the Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan Medicare population. Interns will work 40 hours per week from mid-May to mid-August and will receive equipment to perform duties.
Primary tasks include telephonic outreach to patients and providers, supporting CMS Stars measures, and learning about Part D insurance in a managed care setting.
