Position Summary

As a Therapist at Blackbird Health, you’ll play a vital role in delivering high-quality virtual and in-person therapy to children, adolescents, young adults, and their caregivers. You’ll build meaningful relationships with patients and families, taking the time to understand their needs, support engagement in treatment, and educate them on therapeutic approaches that foster long-term progress.

Working alongside an interdisciplinary team, you’ll be empowered to make a meaningful impact in the lives of young patients and their families through compassionate, evidence-based care.

We’re seeking dedicated clinicians to join our team and provide therapy services to children, adolescents, and young adults ages 2–26, as well as the caregivers who support them. Multiple employment tracks are available: you’ll select your licence type and preferred arrangement in the application.

Employment Options

• Compensation:
• LCSW, LPC, LMFT Pay: $50,000 base + $70 / session incentive for completed sessions beyond the 17-hour baseline.
• Fully Remote: 20 contracted hours per week (

  All 20 hours anchored in peak core windows (after 3:00 PM weekdays and/or weekends; e.g., Mon–Thu 3–8 PM / 3–9 PM or Fri 3–7 PM).
• Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, PTO + 11 paid holidays.

• Compensation (Flat-Rate, VA):
• LCSW, LPC, LMFT Pay: $90 flat rate per completed clinical session.
• Minimum Commitment: 10 open patient‑care hours/week to achieve a baseline minimum of 8 completed clinical hours/week

Who You Are

• 1+ year of experience with children and adolescent patients.
• 1+ year of telehealth or virtual setting experience.
• Passion for family‑centered, high‑touch care.

Salary Range

$50,000 - $105,000 USD
