Job Description

* Please note:

Applicants must reside in Oregon
* * to be considered for this position. We have offices located in the Portland Metropolitan Area, Bend, Clackamas, Eugene, Medford, and West Salem.
* Communities need greater access to consistent, high-quality mental health care. Meeting that demand requires a practice model that supports both the clients seeking care and the therapists providing it. That belief has guided Mindful Therapy Group since 2011. We help licensed therapists build sustainable private practices by providing support with client referrals, marketing, credentialing, billing, scheduling, technology, compliance, and long-term business development.

We are highly prioritizing providers who can establish a consistent in-person presence. Demand for face-to-face therapy is outpacing availability, and clinicians offering in-person services are filling their caseloads at more than twice the rate of telehealth-only providers. By providing professionally designed office spaces and comprehensive practice infrastructure, we help therapists respond to that demand and build stable local practices more efficiently.

The partnership also creates opportunities for continued professional growth. Providers receive ongoing professional development and business coaching, while qualified licensed therapists may expand their leadership and income through clinical supervision.
