* Many licensed therapists want the autonomy of private practice but not the administrative demands that often come with building one independently. Mindful Therapy Group offers a more supported path. Since 2011, we have helped therapists build sustainable private practices while maintaining control over their schedules, caseloads, and clinical work. Providers receive support with referrals, marketing, insurance credentialing, billing, scheduling, technology, compliance, and long-term practice development.

We are highly prioritizing providers who can offer consistent in-person availability. Client demand for face-to-face care is strong, and clinicians providing in-person services are filling their caseloads at more than twice the rate of telehealth-only providers. By pairing that demand with professionally designed office spaces and comprehensive practice infrastructure, we help therapists establish a local presence and build successful practices more quickly.

Providers also have opportunities to grow beyond their client caseloads. Through ongoing professional development, business coaching, and our Supervision Program, qualified therapists may strengthen their leadership skills while diversifying their professional work and income.
