Potential Annual Salary: $82,000-$100,000 based on experience, skills, tenure, and geography.

Semi-Remote:
Semi-remote role with monthly travel into the Antelope Valley, CA region. (Travel expenses covered)

No contracts, no non-competes - employment is fully at-will. We don’t require contracts because we value flexibility and trust.

What You’ll Be Doing Supervise Behavior Technicians and ensure treatment plans run with fidelity.

Conduct FBAs, develop ABA programs, and provide parent education.

Adapt with flexibility in challenging situations and seek continuous growth.

Communicate proactively and foster collaboration.

Meets ALP’s standards and funding source required best practices related to client facing care and parent consultation

What We’re Looking For:

Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
