Remote Primary Care NP​/PA Bridge Team - Part-Time

Providence Medical Group is seeking an experienced Primary Care NP or PA to join our Bridge Team in Oregon. This part-time, 0.8 FTE role is remote/virtual, with occasional meetings in Portland.

You will provide virtual direct patient care, supporting continuity of care across multiple Providence primary care teams within an integrated care model. The ideal candidate has at least three years of post-graduate primary care experience; five+ years preferred.
