Clinical Pharmacist
Lumicera in Michigan is seeking a part-time Pharmacist, Patient Consultation Services to provide telephonic clinical consultations for specialty medications. The role conducts patient assessments, medication reconciliation, establishes adherence strategies, and educates patients on medication use and disease management.
Two shift models are offered: 2 x 10-hour Mondays plus another weekday, or 5 x 4-hour shifts Monday–Friday. Requires ACPE‑accredited degree and active state licensure.
