Advocate Health is seeking a Dietitian to deliver medical nutrition therapy and nutrition counseling within the Southpark Diabetes Clinic. The role includes remote weight management programs and a Monday–Friday 8 am–5 pm schedule with a sign-on bonus eligibility.
The candidate will assess nutritional status, develop care plans, and collaborate with the medical team to integrate nutrition into patient therapy. A relevant RD license and registry eligibility are required.
