Provide exceptional home care as a Health Care Aide with Bayshore Health Care across Northwest Calgary communities. Travel between assigned client locations is required.
Bayshore Home Care Solutions seeks caring Health Care Aides to support clients in their homes. Your work helps enhance quality of life, dignity, and independence through customized care plans. The position emphasizes client-centered relationships, communication, and dependable community service.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional care to clients in their homes
- Create meaningful moments for clients each day
- Build trusting relationships with clients and families
- Support customized care plans and home-based solutions
- Document and communicate using provided mobile devices
- Health Care Aide or Personal Support Worker credential
- Active College of LPNs and HCAs status required
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle
- Two supervisory references and vulnerable sector screening
- Negative TB test and required vaccination documentation
