Credentialing Specialist; Fully Remote

• Supervise and train the credentialing associate team on daily tasks and new processes.
• Document and improve Better Help Insurance Credentialing workflows to enhance timelines and accuracy.
• Provide guidance to internal teams and support problem-solving across credentialing operations.
