- Sentara Park is seeking a Full-Time Remote Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join our exceptional
-Telehealth Services team. In this role, you will support the delivery of high-quality virtual patient care while collaborating with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals committed to improving patient outcomes across the communities we serve.

This position offers up to $5,000 Sign-On Bonus for qualified candidates.

| Monday-Friday | 8:30 AM-5:00 PM | 1 weekend and 1 closing shift required per month

The Certified Medical Assistant performs patient care and administrative/clerical related tasks and procedures based on training, education, and competency evaluations, and as delegated by and under the direction/supervision of the Physician, Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant (NP/PA), Registered Nurse (RN), or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).

Less than a year of related experience is required.

High School Graduate or Equivalent is required.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 90 days of hire

Current, unexpired Medical Assistant certification (CMA, RMA, CCMA, NCMA, NRCMA, CMAC, or equivalent) or EMT-Basic certification from an accredited organization

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $21.69 - $32.14 hourly. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, on-call pay, overtime, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs.
