Clinical Systems Specialist; Fully Remote

• Deliver comprehensive training on athena
  
  One, Nabla, Impilo, and other systems remotely and in person.
• Create and maintain workflow documentation, ensuring procedures reflect current best practices and new functionality.
• Provide ongoing support to team members, troubleshooting and optimizing system use.

• At least 3 years of hands-on athena
  
  One implementation, training, or support experience.
• Strong communication and technical writing skills to convey complex information and document processes.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
