Virtual Admissions Coordinator – Substance Use Treatment; Fully Remote

• Manage inquiries and coordinate intakes for adults seeking substance use and co-occurring mental health treatment.
• Requires compassionate communication and independent remote work.

What You'll Do:

• Handle inbound calls, conduct screenings, and coordinate documentation.
• Maintain lead follow-up and track activity in CRM/EMR systems.

What We're Looking For:

• SUD admissions or behavioral health intake experience required.
• Knowledge of PHP/IOP levels of care and strong phone skills.
