Serene Steps Psychological Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our team in a full-time remote capacity. This position offers a flexible remote work arrangement, allowing our staff to effectively balance their professional and personal lives while still delivering outstanding care to clients. The outpatient nature of our services means that you will primarily interact with clients through virtual sessions, utilizing telehealth platforms and other digital communication tools to ensure seamless delivery of care. • Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions utilizing techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and systemic family therapy.
• Assess clients' needs through thoughtful evaluations and develop tailored treatment plans aimed at addressing their unique circumstances and therapeutic goals.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to guide therapeutic interventions and monitor clients’ progress effectively over time.
• Engage in collaborative consultations with multidisciplinary team members, including psychologists, social workers, and psychiatric professionals, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate, confidential, and timely documentation of client sessions and progress, adhering to all ethical and legal standards within the practice.

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field from an accredited program.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Oregon.
• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in providing clinical social work services or direct therapy.
• Demonstrated proficiency in conducting comprehensive diagnostic assessments and developing effective treatment plans.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport and trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.
