Claims Billing Specialist; Fully Remote

• This position is responsible for accurate and timely processing of assigned claims.
• The role involves daily correspondence, denial review, and follow-up on aged claims.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage AR and analyze aged accounts to identify root causes and prevent errors.
• Handle denial management, including appeals and payer communications.
• Support large care center go-lives, which may include overnight travel.

Qualifications:

• High School graduate with 3+ years of medical billing or claims experience.
• Strong research and independent decision-making skills.
• Experience with athena
  
  Health and New Jersey payers preferred.
• Hourly base pay range of $24-$26.45, plus bonus potential.
