Lead Aromatherapist & Holistic Wellness Practitioner

Our client, a dynamic online wellness platform, is seeking an experienced Lead Aromatherapist & Holistic Wellness Practitioner to develop and deliver innovative wellness programs remotely. This role is perfect for an expert in aromatherapy with a broad understanding of holistic health practices. You will be responsible for creating educational content, guiding clients through personalized aromatherapy protocols, and potentially leading virtual workshops.

• Develop and curate a library of high-quality aromatherapy resources, including guides, protocols, and educational materials.
• Design and lead online workshops and webinars on various aspects of aromatherapy and holistic wellness.
• Provide personalized aromatherapy consultations to clients remotely, assessing their needs and recommending essential oil blends and application methods.
• Create customized aromatherapy blends and suggest suitable products for specific health concerns.
• Educate clients on safe and effective use of essential oils and other natural therapies.
• Stay current with research, trends, and best practices in aromatherapy and holistic health.
• Collaborate with other wellness practitioners on the platform to create integrated wellness plans.
• Contribute to the development of new online courses and wellness programs.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure confidentiality.
• Promote the benefits of aromatherapy and holistic practices through engaging content.

• Certified Aromatherapist (e.g., IFA, NAHA) with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
• Proven expertise in developing and delivering aromatherapy treatments and educational programs.
• Strong knowledge of holistic health principles, natural remedies, and complementary therapies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client consultation skills.
• Ability to create clear, engaging, and informative written and verbal content.
• Experience with online meeting platforms and digital content creation tools.
• A genuine passion for wellness and helping others achieve optimal health.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently.
• Relevant certifications or qualifications in holistic wellness modalities are a plus.
